| Registration can be made by printing and returning the following form with a check or credit card number for the advanced registration fee of $50.00 per person prior to November 28, 2008. OR Click here to contact us and leave your email address and we will send you a registration brochure. Registration may also be done in person at the conference. However, registration done after November 28 will cost $60.00. The registration fee includes admission to all the technical sessions and the exhibit hall, a buffet lunch served at noon on Thursday, and coffee breaks throughout the meeting. Refunds of registration fees will be made only for cancellations prior to November 28. However, substitutions for persons registered can be made at any time. |
